Welcome to the All Hallows PTA Page


On this page you will find information about the PTA Committee, our latest events, ways to support us and information about Committee Meetings.  We are a friendly group who are always open to new members joining us, whether you have a lot of time to give, or just a little, have fundraising ideas, are keen to be actively involved or just want to come along and find out a bit more about what we do, you will be very welcome.  We do hope you'll get involved by attending meetings and supporting our events which are for the benefit and welfare of all children and your school. Our goal is simply to raise as much money as possible for whatever school needs, a range of school activities which we subsidise and special treats for the children. We have meetings throughout the school year with reminders advertised in the school newsletter, on this page and on our Facebook Page.

Fundraising Update and Information on Forthcoming Events.....


.....will be arranged as soon as we can, within the guidance of what it is safe to do & when it is safe to do it.  This includes re-arranging the Adults Only Quiz Night that was sold out in Spring 2020.


During the Autumn 2020 Term, we offered online donations in support of the MacMillan Coffee Morning and provided resources for the Christmas Cards (the hard work for this one was done by the children and amazing staff!).  We organised the Santa Dash in partnership with school and replicated a mini Christmas Fair in each class, providing each child with a Christmas goody bag.  We know it was a different term but we hope the children enjoyed it and in doing so you raised over £4,000, a fantastic achievement!


We added over £1,500 to the money raised and reinvested over £5,500 in school over the last term, including £2,500 for new sinks in the top playground, £2,000 for cupboards and storage in Class Bestwood, £400 on books, £350 on Christmas parties, £300 on computer games and £140 on licences for the children to enjoy the Nottingham Playhouse Panto online.


In the Spring Term 2021 we raised £650 through Book Week Bingo, secured £1,500 from the Helen Jean Cope Charitable Trust towards the purchase of IT equipment, received £480 from the Co-op for our first instalment as their Local Charitable Cause and supported the School Fund and Memorial/Reflection Garden.


We are currently raising funds towards IT equipment, these are significant purchases so if you know anyone or any businesses that could help with a grant or sponsorship for these items, please email us for a letter that we can provide to be passed on.


We are also seeking donations of garden goods for the memorial reflection garden that is under development outside the year 5 and 6 classrooms.  Please keep an eye on our Facebook Page and ParentMail communications for the latest items required.


For the Summer Term 2021, you have already raised a fantastic £498.75 from the Clothing Donation Collection and we're looking into self-portrait designed tea towels by the children and have our fingers crossed that we can hold our fabulous Summer Fair in some format! More details to follow!

Gedling Lotto


All Hallows Primary School PTA is a 'good cause' for the Gedling Lotto, the PTA receive 50p of every ticket sold and you can win up to £25,000!  Go to  and select us as your chosen cause when buying your tickets - good luck!

Easy Fundraising!


Raise funds for Gedling All Hallows PTA every time you shop online through Easy Fundraising! All you have to do is go to and sign up for free, click 'support us', get shopping and start raising! We really do need your support!



Stikins - Great Name Labels for School Uniforms!





We've teamed up with Label Planet to offer parents/carers the opportunity to purchase quality labels for your children’s school uniform, whilst earning the school commission at the same time! This money can then be used to continue to help purchase some of the fantastic resources that benefit our children’s learning.


Although naming clothing is a school requirement, lost property is a problem in all schools and everyone loses something at some point! We're aware time is precious and these labels are such a great idea; simply sticking onto the clothing wash label and they can even be used in shoes!  If preferred, you can also purchase the iron-on variety.


Each order placed quoting the school reference number (348) will provide the school with 30% commission. The easiest way to order is through the website at or you can order over the phone on 01270 668076.

       Local Charitable Cause for the Co-Op

We are one of the local Co-Op chosen charitable causes, please register for a Co-Op Members Card and select us online as your chosen charity, show your card every time you shop and raise money without it costing you any extra! Being a Co-Op Member has lots of other great benefits and we thank Debz and her Team at our local Co-Op branch for their on-going support with this work.


Pre-Loved Uniform

Our good quality, pre-loved uniform is available all year round.  We have a range of stock covering all aspects of school uniform from 3 - 13 years and are also able to accept donations of good quality uniform if you have any items you would like to donate.  Please contact us via our Facebook Page or email to donate or request items.
