Kindness To Yourself Challenge
Back in September we did a self-esteem challenge and lots of your really enjoyed it. ELSA, the people who designed that challenge, have created another one for Mental Health Awareness Week. It's all about being kind to yourself. You could do some or all of the activities. If you want to save it for half term, it would give you some nice activities to do. The sheets can be printed but you could also make your own version.
