Kindness To Yourself Challenge

BE KIND TO YOURSELF CHALLENGE:

 

 

It is more important now than ever to look after yourself, including your mental health and wellbeing.

An organisation called ELSA have created a beautiful challenge to mark Mental Health Awareness week. It's all about being kind to yourself. You could do some or all of the activities, but this is optional smiley 

The sheets can be printed but you could also make your own version. But remember the main purpose of this half term is to do the things that make you smile, with the people you love and recharging your batteries!
